New Japanese Restaurant in CANTON OHIO!!! When they do there contraction we already planned to visit here and finally we did it! We celebrated our anniversary with such a nice ambiance and with warm smile of the host! We also seated in the booth I like the idea of privacy. The music is so romantic. The booth is very comfortable the food tasted so delicious I Ordered Spicy Girl Sushi and also Ramen! The food and the ingredients is fresh! My husband ordered Dinner Bento Box and he loved it such a great choice for him since he big eater, the food portion is great!!
I highly recommend this for you all and especially locally people to check it out and try!

I've been waiting for this restaurant to open and was pumped when it finally did. We decided to dine in and I'm glad we did. It was not busy on a Saturday afternoon so we received our food as it was prepared which was great. Everything was fresh and super tasty! The vibe in the restaurant is lovely. Everything was clean and the service was wonderful. The food was on the pricy side, but it was delicious and beautiful so I'm good with it.
I'm looking forward to visiting often

New Place in town for everyone to check out especially if they love Sushi 🍱
I had the dinner bento box and I must say it was well worth the price. To be honest, you should probably choose this over any of their other dishes.
On average for dinner you’ll probably spend about $30 per person after tip.
Service was a bit slow considering they didn’t have many people in there (4 tables) but the food taste made up for it.
They may be understaffed like every other business you walk into these days.
I kept hearing the Doordash sound so they probably had more Doordash orders then dine-in orders to tend to.
Ambiance was pretty good 👍🏼 They had music playing without lyrics which was nice and fun to guess the song lol 😂
Sushi prices ranged from $6 for your regular rolls up to $20
The Philadelphia Roll was the freshest I’ve tasted in a while. That one goes for $6.50
Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

I hope this place stays open a long time. The atmosphere is really nice. You feel separated and that you are having a private experience. The food is better than other Japanese restaurants in the area and slightly cheaper. Sushi was the best I have had in Ohio. The spicy tuna was almost entirely made up of tuna. My wife had Ramen soup which she really enjoyed. I had the Habachi which was just as good as watching the same tricks done repeatedly in front of you.

Very fresh sushi and sashimi, excellent ramen and Hawaiian poke bowls. Highly recommended. A great addition to the area, hopefully they are around for years to come.

I saw it and I stopped after picking up some oysters at earth fair. I forgot my wallet this day and after earth fair had just $23 in my pocket from my emergency phone case stash.
I am so glad I did. Apparently they've just opened. I got a typical sushi house 3 maki lunch, Alaska, spicy salmon and Boston rolls, w/salad and miso soup. The rolls were the largest I've ever had on a lunch menu. Soup so hot I had to wait, and a larger than typical lunch salad. The rolls were excellent and I will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.
I usually need to ask for more Wasabi and ginger. Not so today.
Jasmine has been my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area. I'll need to do some more testing, but there a chance that Fuji might change that.
An earlier review stated they thought they were expensive. My opinion... only if you are comparing to a typical strip mall sushi place. This facility is new, clean, attractive, comfortable, and much less expensive than Wasabi, a little less than Jasmine, about the same as the place beside subway.
Decor was fresh and restrooms spotless.
If you're a Japanese food fan, do not wait to give Fuji a try.
Well done, and good luck with your new restaurant.
